Company Code of Conduct
Introduction
Nutrix International LLC is committed to conducting our business ethically, responsibly, and
with integrity. This Code of Conduct outlines the principles and standards that guide our actions
and decisions, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and ethical business practices. We
encourage all employees, suppliers, and partners to embrace these principles daily to uphold our
reputation and contribute positively to society and the environment. It applies to all employees,
contractors, and representatives of our company.
1. Business Ethics
• Compliance with Laws: We comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards
relevant to our operations.
• Honesty and Integrity: We conduct business honestly, ethically, and with integrity. We
do not engage in deceptive or fraudulent practices.
• Conflicts of Interest: Employees must avoid situations where their personal interests
conflict with the company’s interests. Any actual or potential conflicts of interest should
be disclosed promptly.
• Anti-Corruption: We prohibit bribery, corruption, and improper payments in any form.
Employees must not offer, receive, promise, or give any form of bribe or kickback to any
person or entity.

2. Human Rights

3. Child Labor Policy
• Definition: Child labor refers to the employment or engagement of children under the
age specified by applicable laws and regulations or, where laws are inadequate, under the
age of 15, or the minimum age for employment under the relevant international
standards, whichever is higher.
• Employment Standards: We do not employ children in our facilities or allow them to be
involved in any part of our operations. Suppliers and subcontractors are expected to
adhere to the same standards.
4. Environmental Responsibility
• Environmental Compliance: We comply with environmental laws and regulations and
strive to minimize our environmental impact.
• Resource Conservation: We encourage the efficient use of natural resources and
encourage recycling and waste reduction.
5. Reporting Violations
Employees, suppliers, and other stakeholders are encouraged to report any violations or concerns
related to this Code of Conduct to their immediate supervisor, controller, or president without
fear of retaliation.
6. Governance and Oversight
Senior management oversees the implementation and adherence to our Code of Conduct.
7. Consequences of Non-Compliance
Violations of this Code of Conduct may result in disciplinary action, up to and including
termination of employment or termination of business relationships with suppliers or partners.
8. Review and Updates
This Code of Conduct is reviewed annually to remain relevant and effective. Updates may be
made as necessary to reflect changes in laws, regulations, or company policies.
